Step 2: Consultation:
After receiving your inquiry, our team will provide prompt guidance on the available deals and packages. We will advise you on the best options based on your needs and budget, ensuring you can make an informed and confident choice.


Step 3: Booking Reservations
Once you have finalized your package with our travel consultant, we will proceed with the reservation process. To begin, a nominal deposit of £49 per passenger is required, along with the full names of all passengers as per their passports.
After confirming the client’s email address, the assigned agent will send the payment invoice. If, for any reason, the client decides not to proceed, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

Step 4: Confirmation
All booking details will be sent to you via email for your review and acknowledgement. Once you confirm via email that you wish to proceed, the remaining payment must be made within two days for the issuance of your flight tickets and hotel bookings.
Additional services, such as transport vouchers and visas, will be provided later. Please note that cancellation after the issuance of any travel documents or services will render your deposit non-refundable, and any refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.
