ManzileMakkah – Terms & Conditions
We are grateful that you have selected ManzileMakkah to plan your holy pilgrimage. We advise that pilgrims thoroughly read our terms and conditions for
transparency and peace of mind. Your booking with MazileMakkah acknowledges that you have read and understood our terms and conditions thoroughly.
Your agreement with MazileMakkah takes effect when you book your package by paying the nominal deposit. Your package will lead to cancellations if you fail to comply with the policies or with the payment schedule.

1. Passport and Visa Policy:
- ● It is compulsory that your passport must be valid for at least 06 Months from your desired departure date, most recommended is 08 months
- ● If you hold a passport with less than 06 Months of validity, your visa cannot be processed. Furthermore, you will not be allowed to travel on a visa on arrival with a passport with less than 06 months' validity
- ● All the visa applications are processed on time with the documents required, including the passport copies, Fresh passport-size photos with a white background, and an ILR (indefinite leave to Remain) or a Valid Immigration status (Including share-codes where applicable) for non-UK Nationals.
- ● In the event that the Hajj Ministry introduces policy changes requiring additional documents for visa processing, the customer shall be responsible for promptly providing these documents to the consultant.
- ● Visa processing is subject to the Saudi authorities. ManzileMakkah cannot guarantee approval or timely issuance and accepts no responsibility for costs arising from rejection or delays.
- ● Any changes in visa-issuance policy by the Hajj Ministry are beyond our control. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for booked services, including flights, hotels, or packages.
- ● Pilgrims with English or non-Muslim-sounding names may be required to provide a Muslim identity certificate issued by a Mosque or Islamic Centre.
- ● As per Islamic law, female travellers are not permitted to perform Umrah without being accompanied by a Mahram (husband, father, brother, or legal guardian). Although the current regulations of the Saudi Hajj Ministry allow women to perform Umrah alone, it remains Islamically not permitted.
- ● Since we are merely a service provider, we do not assume responsibility for travel requirements, and it is the passenger’s duty to verify all regulations for their destination.
2. Flights & Ticketing
- ● It is the passenger’s responsibility to reconfirm their flight tickets at least 72 hours before departure
- ● Due to the unfolding of unfavorable circumstances, Airlines can reschedule their flights. ManzileMakkah in case take no responsibility for rescheduling, delays or cancellations.
- ● Nominal deposits paid for the confirmations only secure your sport, not the price. Price is always subject to change unless the ticket is issued.
- ● Immediately notify us in case you notice any errors on the ticket or invoice. In the event of a delay in reporting back the issue to us, this will result in limiting our ability to assist you. ManzileMakkah will take no responsibility if the passenger fails to acknowledge the error on the invoice/ticket on the day of issuance. If the mistake is reported later, ManzileMakkah will advise corrections on the invoice/ticket as per the policy.
- ● Passengers are strongly advised to go for travel insurance to cover unfavourable flight delays/cancellations.
- ● For international departures, passengers are advised to arrive at least three hours before their flight. The company is not responsible if a passenger misses the flight due to unforeseen circumstances, and all associated services will be non-changeable and non-refundable.
- ● We advise customers to remain patient in requests for date changes, Flight upgrades, and cancellations. All of these requests are processed under the guidelines and policies of airlines.
- ● ManzileMakkah will not take any responsibility if the airlines cancel your flight or reschedule it. We can only do our level best to assist you based on the schedule recommended by the airline.
- ● If the reserved flight is not available, ManzileMakkah reserves the right to offer alternative options, which the customer must select in coordination with us. In such cases, we will provide the best available option according to availability
3. Hotels & Accommodation
- ● All of our hotel bookings comply with the international check-in and check-out times. Any special request for early check-in or late check-out must be made at the time of booking, which entirely depends on the hotel and is not guaranteed.
- ● In case due to overbooking, your desired hotel is unavailable. ManzileMakkah reserves the right to offer you something similar to standard accommodation.
- ● Triple and Quadruple Room types in Makkah and Madinah Hotels refer to Twin beds plus folding beds or Single beds. Extra beds allocated may not be as big and comfortable as standard beds.
- ● Hotel bookings are made through independent suppliers. In case you arrive later due to a flight delay, we take no responsibility for unused nights
- ● If, due to unforeseen reasons, you fail to arrive at the hotel and you didn’t inform us about your late arrival. Your hotel booking will be marked as no-show and will be cancelled with no refunds in accordance with the policy of hotel.
- ● If your booked hotel cannot accommodate you due to overbooking, high demand, or other unforeseen reasons, the hotel will provide an alternative accommodation of similar standard. ManzileMakkah will not be responsible for such changes as they are beyond our control, and acceptance of the alternative is required.
4. Deposits & Payments
- ● A minimum deposit of 50% of the total payment is required to secure any reservation.
- ● The full amount must be paid by the deadline indicated on your invoice or as advised by your consultant.
- ● If payment is not received by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled, the deposit forfeited, and additional charges may apply.
- ● Deposits secure seats but do not guarantee prices; fares may increase if full payment is delayed.
5. Baggage Policy
- ● Airlines have their own baggage policies, which may vary by carrier and ticket type.
- ● Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings throughout their journey.
- ● Our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of baggage at the airport.
In such cases, we will assist in contacting the relevant airline; however, the
airline remains solely responsible for resolving the matter.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- ● Deposits and tickets are strictly non-refundable.
- ● Any requests for changes or cancellations after booking may incur additional charges as per the airline’s or supplier’s policy
- ● Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the rules of the airline or supplier and may take 30–40 working days to complete.
- ● Any unused services included in your package (such as hotel, transport, meals, etc.) are non-refundable.
7. Complaints
- ● Our team strives to address all concerns promptly and fairly. If you encounter an issue, please notify your local representative or contact us immediately.
- ● Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 21 days of the incident, or within 7 days of your return. After this time, complaints might not be taken into consideration.
8. Travel Insurance
- ● We strongly advise all clients to arrange comprehensive travel insurance to cover health emergencies, cancellations, flight disruptions, or lost baggage.
- ● Obtaining travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveller. ManzileMakkah is not liable for any losses if adequate insurance is not secured.
9. Health & Vaccinations
- ● Pilgrims planning for Umrah must ensure they are medically fit, as performing Umrah requires physical exertion.

- ● ManzileMakkah advises pilgrims to consult their doctor or health advisor well in advance of travel.
- ● In the event that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia mandates vaccinations for pilgrims in the future, it is the responsibility of each pilgrim to obtain the required doses. Pilgrims may consult us for guidance, and we will provide the necessary information; however, compliance with health regulations remains solely their responsibility
10. Check-In Guidelines
- ● For international and domestic flights, passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours and 2 hours before departure, respectively.
- ● Check-in counters close 1 hour before the flight departure. If you are late, you could not be allowed to board.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- ● All dealings that customers made with the ManzileMakkah are governed by English Law and Jurisdiction.
- ● All matters within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are governed by Saudi law and applicable local regulations.
- ● Clients are responsible for respecting and adhering to local customs, traditions, and laws during their pilgrimage.
12. ATOL Protection
- ● Most of our Umrah packages, including flights, are protected under the ATOL scheme.
- ● Always confirm with your travel consultant whether your package or any service is covered under the ATOL Protection Scheme. If your booking is ATOL Protected, we will issue an ATOL Certificate listing the services included.
- ● Not all of your services fall under ATOL Protection. We advise you to check your invoice or with the Consultant for the details.
13. Limitation of Liability
- ● ManzileMakkah acts solely as a travel service provider and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of third parties, including airlines, hotels, visas or transport companies.
- ● We will not take responsibility for losses due to unforeseen events, including airline schedule changes, Visa rejections, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, Political unrest or technical failures.
- ● During the holy Pilgrimage, customers are responsible for taking care of their Passports, Tickets, Visas and other personal belongings at all times.
14. Final Disclaimer
- ● By Booking with MaznileMakkah, you acknowledge that pilgrimage services and hotel standards may differ in Saudia as compared to those in the UK.
- ● During the peak season time of Hajj and Umrah, expect heavy crowds, delays, and possible changes to the services due to high demand and limited availability. In such a case, your patience, coordination and flexibility is essential.
